Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wikimatic, a software-as-a-service product operated by NINDIP. By creating an account, using a workspace, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms shown at checkout.
Service description
Wikimatic lets users upload or import source material, compile that material into structured wiki pages, maintain relationships and citations, and ask questions using the resulting wiki. Raw sources are preserved as evidence records, while generated wiki pages and answers are derived artifacts that may be edited by users.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity in workspaces you own or administer. You may invite workspace members only when they are authorized to access the workspace content. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, violates these terms, or creates security, legal, billing, or operational risk.
User content and rights
You retain ownership of the source material, prompts, wiki edits, and other content you submit to Wikimatic. You grant NINDIP the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transform, display, and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content you provide, including any personal data, confidential information, or third-party material contained in it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Wikimatic to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, abusive, sexually exploitative, or that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer non-public systems, introduce malware, scrape the service, or use Wikimatic for spam, phishing, fraud, or unlawful surveillance.
AI-generated content
Wikimatic uses AI systems to extract facts, draft wiki pages, create embeddings, generate relationship data, and answer questions. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Wikimatic is designed to preserve citations where possible, but you are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them. The service is not intended for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-risk decision making.
Plans, billing, and checkout
Paid plans may include limits on workspaces, members, sources, storage, AI usage, and other features. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, and plan limits will be shown before checkout. Payments and subscription management are processed through Lemon Squeezy, and Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and checkout policies may also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. You can request billing help at [email protected].
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges. For paid subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting [email protected]. Refunds may be denied for accounts with substantial usage, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violations of these terms. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds according to its own policies as merchant of record or payment processor.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Wikimatic reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes to third-party services. We may add, remove, or modify features, plan limits, and integrations as the product evolves. We will try to avoid material disruption to paid users where practical.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Wikimatic at any time. Workspace deletion is designed with a 30-day retention window before permanent deletion. We may retain limited records as needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backups, and legitimate business operations.
Disclaimers and liability
Wikimatic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINDIP disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NINDIP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
